Shipping policy

You can trust us that your order will be quickly processed. We can ship the products anywhere within Malaysia. Once order has been placed, we will estimate the delivery dates based on the availability of your item(s), and your shipment’s destination.

1. Shipping Charges
   1. Peninsular Malaysia – 10DRS offer free shipping to Peninsular Malaysia with minimum spending of RM120.
   2. East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) – 10DRS offer free shipping to East Malaysia with minimum spending of RM120.
2. Others
   1. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
   2. Order cannot be cancelled or changed once transaction has been being approved.
   3. For ready stock, you shall receive your order within 3-10 working days upon order confirmation (only applicable to Peninsular Malaysia)
   4. If your ordered items are not delivered later than 21 days, please contact our info@10drs.com quoting your order reference contained in your Order Confirmation Email.
   5. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the goods due to unattended receiver at the time of delivery, or inaccurate and incomplete address, additional deliver charges may apply.
   6. 10DRS is not responsible for shipping charges of returned packages due to missing or wrong information.
